Cé Ùr designs and sells printed apparel and handmade leather goods.

Our apparel is produced using trusted print-on-demand partners. Handmade leather products are individually crafted and may be produced in limited quantities.

While we make every effort to ensure product descriptions and photographs are accurate, slight differences may occur.

Examples include:

  • print placement;

  • garment sizing within manufacturer tolerances;

  • screen colour differences;

  • natural variations in leather grain, texture and colour.

These variations do not constitute faults.

4. Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, alter designs or update specifications without prior notice.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, alternative or refund.

5. Pricing

All prices shown on our Website are displayed in the applicable currency.

Prices may change without notice.

Where applicable, taxes will be calculated during checkout.

Customers ordering from outside the United Kingdom may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes or other local charges imposed by their own country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

6. Orders

After placing an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it.

This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract is formed only once your order has been accepted and production or dispatch has begun.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

  • stock or production issues prevent fulfilment; or

  • we are unable to fulfil the order for legal or operational reasons.

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

  • Klarna (where available)

We do not store your full payment card details.

8. Shipping

Estimated shipping times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

  • faulty or incorrect items will be repaired, replaced or refunded where appropriate;

  • handmade leather goods may be eligible for return in accordance with our Returns Policy;

  • print-on-demand apparel may not be eligible for return where it has been produced specifically for your order, except where required by law or where the item is faulty.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

All content published on this Website, including but not limited to:

  • product designs;

  • graphics;

is the intellectual property of Cé Ùr Ltd or used under licence.
